Energetic kinesiology is a practice that uses muscle testing for direct biofeedback from one's bio field to locate any imbalances held within one's system/symptoms being experienced. These imbalances would be patterns of disconnection and/or emotional stressors held/stuck within one's system, usually resulting from a challenging experience the person had and/or are passed on intergenerationally. These stressors are released from the body by a gentle touch of the corresponding meridian point on the body. Meridian points are based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, were similar to reflexology they correspond to the different organs; the organs is where the human body stores emotional stressors creating stuck energy which in the long term if not released it can result in chronic dis-ease/symptoms.

The release is a way to meet the root cause of an imbalance being experienced (mentally, physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually) thus leading to an effective lasting shift.

 

The more one sheds what leads to disconnection, mostly trauma and limiting patterns, the more one opens up to their vital true nature, and thus cultivating a connected state of well being for a richer experience of being and living.
